Take your time exploring land in NC, AZ, NM, CO, AR, and NV. Every listing includes maps, photos, and details to help you decide.

Step 2: Contact Us With Questions

Call, text, or email — a real person will answer you. We’ll help you confirm access, zoning, utilities, and anything else you need to know.

Step 3: Reserve the Property

When you’re ready, you can reserve the land by submitting the doc fee and down payment on the property page. This removes it from the market while we prepare the paperwork.

Step 4: Choose Cash or Owner Financing

We offer guaranteed owner financing on nearly every property — with no banks, no credit checks, flexible terms, and interest rates from 0%–12% depending on the property. Cash buyers are always welcome too.

Step 5: Sign the Purchase Agreement

We send a clear, simple contract that outlines exactly what both parties agree to. Closings are handled one of two ways: Under $19,000: We typically handle the closing in-house. Over $19,000: We close through a licensed attorney or title company for additional protection.

Step 6: Make Your Payments / Complete Closing

Closing typically takes 1–2 weeks depending on whether it’s owner-financed or cash, with deeds held until final payment for financed purchases and title-company timelines varying based on their availability
